About

We welcome your family of up to 2 adults & 3 children. You will be close to sandy beaches, great restaurants and shopping at this great North Naples Location. Just a few minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins Pass Park. You will love all the great amenities and be able to relax in this brand new clean apartment. Amenities, Bikes, paddle board, beach wagon and beach towels. Very easy to check-in, you will have your own private entrance and private one car parking available.

Good to know

This apartment is attached to our main house and is completely private with no connected access from the hose to the apartment. The design of the apartment is inspire by local costal living as well from homes we have stayed in along the coast of the Yucatan. The bedrooms have tables crafted from local Florida Live Oak. The apt is two bedrooms, one bath, open floor plan apartment. You will have your own private outdoor sitting area as well as a above ground plunge pool to cool off in the warmer times. This space is ideal for a family of 4 or 5, (parents, and two or three small children). The community is non-gated, very family friendly neighborhood. You will be able to park one car in the parking space in front of the apartment.

Hi! We are Gris and Mike, a married couple with two small children. Mike is a Buffalo NY, Native and Gris is originally from Mexico. However, Naples has been our home for over 28 years. We love all that Naples has to offer; beautiful sandy beaches, trying new restaurants around town, bikes rides to the beach, boat days, and simply enjoying living in this sunny, beautiful place. We both love talking and connecting to people, and we are very excited to host you. Our goal is to make your experience and visit to Naples a great one!

House Rules

This home is available for a maximum of 2 adults. Maximum occupancy is 5 (2 adults and 3 children) Any additional adults will be billed $200 per night. This is a an attached apartment in a family neighborhood. We want you to enjoy your time in Naples, however we ask for no, parties, and no loud music after 8pm during the week and 9pm on the weekend. Please note that Naples has a very strict noise ordnance that is generally interrupted that any noise complaint is a valid noise complaint. If you would like to hang out on the patio at night respect the proximity to the neighbors. No Pets. If you smoke, outdoors only. Please discard your ashes and buts. Please no vaping inside as well.

Naples Park, brings together all of things you would want in a beach side community. Safe neighborhood with literally everything. you could want within walking & biking distance. We really love this neighborhood. Where else in the world can you find a Ferrari Dealership next to a Walmart. Really whatever your tastes are Naples Park has it. Fine dining ( Capital Grille, The Bay House ), Dive Bars (The North Naples Country Club) , Beaches ( Wiggins Pass, Vanderbilt Beach ). Shopping at the Mercato. Grocery stores, Trader Joes, Publix, Whole Foods, & Walmart Superstore.

Guest Access

This apartment has its own private entrance and parking for one car. It's very easy to check in as we provide self check in with a smart lock. We live in the main home on the property if you have any troubles checking in or out. If you need to drop off luggage or early check in let us know we will try to accommodate as long as the apartment is not occupied the day of check out. Luggage drop off will always be available.

Griselda’s place is amazing . Perfectly decorated and extremely clean. Very well equipped with everything you may need . The location is perfect, close to the beach and to many restaurants and stores. The pool was a dream ! The bike rides so convenient to have for an easy ride around the neighborhood. I will definitely return to this Naples gem ❤️🌴

We chose Griselda’s place for a little girls trip and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The backyard is perfect for a day in the sun. The home was bright and clean. A three minute drive to the Mercato(amazing restaurants). We would definitely book this place again.

This was such a perfect cute little bungalow! I would love to stay there again! Small cozy space-and so aesthetically designed! Went beyond expectations. Good amenities, Griselda really paid close attention to detail and quickly responded to all communication. The closet space is very roomy. The fridge and cooktop look small in the photos but it seemed bigger in real life and was really all we needed. Pots, pans, dishware, utensils, coffee makers (both keurig and regular brew) with snacks, coffee pods, even an ice maker!!! and bathroom essentials and even nice additions such as makeup wipes, room essential oil spray, etc. pretty decorations. It was so beautiful and welcoming. Not a complaint at all—just so people know—no dishwasher (but scrubbers, drying racks, towels, detergent) and no water filter. Bikes were available and beach chairs, TVs in every room (such as cute frame tv in living room), board games, puzzle. adorable outdoor nook with lights was our favorite! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A cozy escape for the 2 of us with an exceptionally clean space and an amazing outdoor patio with a lap pool. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked and the house was in a quiet neighborhood so it was super private. We really enjoyed the place!

Find us

Naples Park is a walkable & bike-able neighborhood. Parking at Vanderbilt Beach can be a bit crowded, especially during the winter months at sunset. Trader Joes, & Walmart are the closest grocery stores to the bungalow. Either one are a few minute bike ride to. Via car every thing and more that you could need for shopping and restaurants is 5 minutes away or less. In the winter months traffic can get a bit busy. Especially heading north on US 41 and I75 starting at about 3:30-4:00pm.
