***Would also like to inform you that the house to the right (east side) of the rental has been sold and torn down. And Construction has started. Have spoken to builder and he has told me that they will do their best to keep noise down, as much as possible. and will only work during business hours during the week. Just want to make you aware so you are not surprise upon arrival.
