Good to know
The Studio is approximately 250 sqft and is well equipped. It is located on the east side of our property. Please note that it is attached to the main property and you do have your own private entrance as well as a patio area. Early Check In - Late Check Out If you would like to have an early check-in or late check out we do offer this when available. Early Check-in is $50 and Late check-out is $50 as well. Early Check-in time is 10 am and late check-out is 5 pm. We will message you the day before you arrive if either of these are available for you.
Other Details to Note
As mentioned before the studio is attached to the main house, but with your own private entrance and patio. It also shares one wall with the garage, you may hear the garage opening and closing from time to time. You will have access to one parking space on the lawn in front of the Studio. also please note that the main breaker panels to the entire home are located in the studio, in the event that we need to access them, we will need to come into the studio. Of course, will provide you with as much notice as possible. *Please Note that if Early Check-In is available, there will be a $40 fee.
