***Would also like to inform you that the house to the right (east side) of the rental has been sold and torn down. And Construction has started. Have spoken to builder and he has told me that they will do their best to keep noise down, as much as possible. and will only work during business hours during the week. Just want to make you aware so you are not surprise upon arrival.

We loved this space, especially the covered pool and all the beach supplies. The location and amenities allowed us to enjoy the beaches nearby. Griselda was very responsive and helpful durning our stay.

We had a great stay! The accommodation is located in a very quiet and pleasant residential area - ideal for families. The house is well equipped, especially for holidays with children: there were toys, beach equipment and everything you need for the pool. The beach can be easily reached on foot in about 20 minutes (even with a small child). Communication was always friendly and quick, self check-in was easy . Everything was very clean - we felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

We had a great time, nice walk to the beach, great to have cooler and beach chairs and bikes available. Pool is perfect, screened in and heated. You will enjoy your stay!

We had a great stay. Pool was great and the fencing for around the table and chairs was a game changer for our 15 month old. Griselda was a great host and very responsive. We would for sure stay here again!

La casa es hermosa y muy cómoda. Tenía todo lo que uno puede necesitar. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes. La playa está a unas pocas cuadras y un centro comercial cerca. El barrio es muy tranquilo y lindo. Pasamos unos días muy lindos y nos sentimos como en nuestra casa. Recomiendo el alojamiento.

(Family of 5 with 2 toddlers) House was perfect for our stay. Well stocked with essentials and kids items, and in a lovely walkable neighborhood that was an easy drive to 5th Ave. heated pool was lovely in Jan. Everything was clean and comfortable! Highly recommend.

Griselda's house was immaculate. Comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen plus lovely pool and lanai offered a great stay. Some days guests walked to the beach or parked in the multi-story garage by the beach.

This house was in the perfect location and had great amenities. It was clean and just as the pictures showed. It was so nice to walk to the beach and just a few minute drive to Mercato. The beach towels, cooler, and chairs were much appreciated!

Had a great stay, perfect location for activites at the coast. The house was clean, the area safe and the pool area became our place to be when at the house, our kids loved it.
